Poor Mr. River Birch, I hope you can pop back into shape after the ice melts.

#3 sons thinks these look like Dr. Seuss trees.









Caution - walking across the yard can be hazardous!







Looks like we will be picking up branches all spring!












More Dr. Seuss trees. 
These are 12 to 15 foot tall poplar trees that are also waitng for the ice to melt.
Five days after the icestorm and no melting in sight.

It looks like glass, it shatters like glass, AND it will take a lot
cleaning up like glass.
